Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant with a focus on UAE’s secondary and off-plan markets. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers and sellers, showcasing properties, negotiating contracts, and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective buyers and sellers in the secondary and off-plan markets.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients about features, pricing, and benefits.
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and pricing in the Dubai real estate landscape.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and enhance visibility.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
UAE experience is required, specifically in the secondary and off-plan markets.
Proven track record in real estate sales.
Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property laws.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A valid UAE real estate license is preferred.
