About the Company:
A well-established Russian-speaking company specializing in furniture manufacturing and home fitting projects, including construction extensions and renovations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
Track attendance, leaves, and employee working hours.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Coordinate with government authorities for visa processing, work permits, and employee documentation.
Manage office supplies, administrative support, and correspondence.
Assist in maintaining a positive and organized workplace environment.
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English (spoken & written).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in HR or administration, preferably in manufacturing or construction industries.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
