We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team at Alma Properties- L.L.C. – S.P.C The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods
- Assist buyers and sellers in the property search and transaction process
- Schedule and conduct property viewings and showings
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Provide clients with market analysis, pricing, and property information
- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Abu Dhaib real estate
- Active real estate license (Preferred)
- A Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
