Site Supervisor – Fit-Out Jobs in Dubai at DNB Design Concept Interiors LLC
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with strong fit-out experience to oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing manpower, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the approved timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and used effectively.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate MEP, joinery, gypsum, glass, flooring, ceiling, and finishing works.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with UAE regulations and site safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
