Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and presentable Property Consultant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of property sales, leasing, client handling, and market trends in the UAE. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to grow in the real estate industry and can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company CRM.
- Follow up with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, property prices, and available inventory.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and internal teams to complete transactions smoothly.
- Achieve monthly sales or leasing targets as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of real estate portals and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
- RERA certification is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
