Projects Manager – Electrical (Power / SEC)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Projects Manager with 10–20+ years of experience in delivering large-scale power and electrical projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working on projects with Saudi Electricity Company, with a strong track record in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to commissioning.
The candidate must also demonstrate strong expertise in both Underground (UG) and Overhead (OHL) power infrastructure, with hands-on experience in execution and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple large-scale electrical projects across the full EPC lifecycle.
- Manage all project phases: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
- Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Electricity Company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
- Review and approve engineering designs, technical submissions, and project deliverables.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across projects.
