Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Saudi Arabia, available for immediate joining, and capable of independently carrying out all surveying activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys, setting out, and layout works for interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare accurate survey reports and drawings.
- Verify dimensions, levels, and coordinates before and during project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure survey accuracy.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment, including Total Station, GPS, Digital Level, and other surveying instruments.
- Prepare survey calculations, field notes, and documentation.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Support project teams with quantity verification and measurement as required.
- Maintain proper records of all survey data and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proven experience in interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software.
- Experience using Total Station, GPS, Digital Level, and other modern surveying equipment.
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Requirements
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (local transfer preferred).
- Valid transferable Iqama.
- Available to join immediately.
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and project standards.
- Experience working on commercial, hospitality, retail, office, or high-end interior fit-out projects.
