We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our watersports team at a prestigious 5-star hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of watersports activities and scuba diving experiences directly to hotel guests, both within the hotel and from our beach location.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell watersports activities and scuba diving experiences to hotel guests.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional and confident manner.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with hotel guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the hotel and watersports operations teams.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Represent the company and hotel professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within hospitality, tourism, watersports, diving or a related industry.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Arabic is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing and target-oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working both inside the hotel and on the beach.
- Previous experience selling activities, excursions or experiences is highly advantageous.
