Projects Engineer-Structural Steel Jobs in Sharjah at RAB METALIC CONT.IND.LLC
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocations.
Create work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure all project aspects are covered.
Define milestones and critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, including material procurement, fabrication, and on-site installation.
Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure the steel structure meets all required specifications.
Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) and track their utilization.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.
Monitor project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Prepare and submit budget reports to senior management.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Steel Structure IND in UAE.
Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering in civil or related.
