IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary
DigiTriz, part of Kayzan Group, is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our IT systems, servers, website, email infrastructure, hardware, and network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in system administration, and a good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT systems, computers, servers, and hardware.
- Perform regular system maintenance, hardware maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and monitor web servers, including performance, availability, security, and configuration.
- Manage and troubleshoot email servers and email systems.
- Monitor and manage company websites, ensuring proper performance, availability, and functionality.
- Provide technical IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor server and network performance and respond promptly to system failures or technical issues.
- Maintain regular data backups, system security, and recovery procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, configurations, hardware, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure all IT systems and infrastructure remain secure, reliable, and operational.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer, System Administrator, IT Engineer, or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of system and hardware maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in web server management.
- Good knowledge of email server management and troubleshooting.
- Experience in website monitoring and management.
- Strong understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with server administration and virtualization.
- Knowledge of network security and firewall management.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Knowledge of website hosting platforms and server monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- UAE work experience will be an advantage.
