Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to communicate with clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of project sales experience in building materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • KSA driving license required.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 – ﷼8,000.00 per month
