Project Sales Engineer Jobs in الرياض at AGS International Trading

We are seeking a Project Sales Engineer who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting Solar EPC and renewable energy solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and managing the sales process from lead generation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC, Solar PV, Battery Storage (BESS), and renewable energy projects.
  • Generate sales leads through client visits, networking, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and end users.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams during project bidding and execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technologies within the renewable energy industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Power) preferred; Business, Marketing, or related disciplines may also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia within Solar EPC, Solar PV, Renewable Energy, Electrical Projects, or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, EPC projects, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Proven experience in project sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Existing network of consultants, contractors, developers, and end users in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
  • Currently based in KSA, preferably Riyadh.
  • Willing to work in a split-shift schedule.
  • Willing to travel across KSA as required.
