JOB TITLE: CIVIL ENGINEER (HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS – G+12)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee civil and structural works for high-rise building projects (G+12)
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely completion
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues promptly
- Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, health & safety standards, and project requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise building construction, specifically G+12 and above
- Valid UAE driving license is advantage
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and construction methodologies
- Experience in reading structural and architectural drawings
- Ability to manage multiple sites, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
