Project Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at THE CODE DESIGN AND FIT-OUT
We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/fit-out cost management, contract administration, and project financial control, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
- Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget
- Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts
- Prepare interim valuations and payment certifications
- Review contracts, tender documents, and subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE
- Proven experience working mainly in fit-out or construction in Dubai/UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge and understanding in AutoCAD drawing
