About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an Architectural background to join our team and lead project activities for a major project in Qiddiya.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, architecture, construction, and fit-out projects, with proven ability to manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project from planning through completion.
- Oversee project execution, progress, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project teams and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Review architectural drawings, technical documents, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and overall project objectives.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 12–15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, architectural, or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and architectural coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities effectively.
- Strong knowledge of project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Experience working on major or complex projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates with Qiddiya / large-scale development project experience will be highly considered.
