Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project team and engage with stakeholders across technical, commercial, and management areas.
Review client requirements, specifications, and ensure compliance with design and technical standards.
Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, cost estimation, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, and engineering teams to finalize subcontracts and procure materials.
Manage site activities, from award to commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
Monitor and report project progress, risks, and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders.
Resolve technical and commercial issues with clients and stakeholders.
Lead project invoicing and ensure it aligns with timelines and cash flow requirements.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement strategies to overcome delays.
Ensure the project is completed within scope, budget, and on schedule.
Conduct safety and quality audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
