Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of approved projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Responsibilities
- Understand what resources needed to execute the project and ensure availability.
- Responsible for planning the project construction process by producing critical path and understanding the timing of each stage.
- Responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project, continually forecasting, keeping the team informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously.
- Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and consultants.
- Calculate the project risks pre project commencement and during project’s life cycle.
- Mitigate and manage risks accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent is desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.
- Minimum 10-12 years in a similar position with a reputable master real estate developer.
