A leading Real Estate Brokerage House is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction, site, and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, execution, schedules, budgets, and costs.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, risks, and change orders.
- Ensure timely project delivery according to quality standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Proven experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
