Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Renovation

Renow Pro is looking for a Dubai-experienced Project Manager to manage and coordinate multiple residential and commercial renovation and interior fit-out projects.
We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong and highly resourceful professional who has good knowledge of the Dubai market, including reliable material suppliers, subcontractors and skilled labour for different types of fit-out and renovation works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential and commercial renovation and fit-out projects.
- Plan and coordinate supervisors, skilled workers, labourers and subcontractors.
- Manage project resources, materials and manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate subcontractors for civil, MEP, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, joinery, kitchen, bathroom and other fit-out works.
- Source and coordinate reliable Dubai-based suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within approved budgets.
- Control labour productivity, material usage and wastage.
- Review drawings, BOQs and project requirements and resolve technical/site issues.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Manage snagging, rectification and final handover.
- Provide regular progress and resource updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Dubai’s interior fit-out/renovation industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial fit-out works.
- Good knowledge of Dubai material suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ability to arrange and manage resources quickly when required.
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams.
- Ability to effectively manage supervisors, skilled labour and subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving, planning and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs and technical requirements.
- Must currently be based in Dubai/UAE.
- Own UAE visa is mandatory.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
Salary: AED 4,000/month + Performance Incentives
Additional incentives will be linked to successful project completion on time, within the approved budget, and according to Renow Pro’s quality standards.
This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, commercially minded and well connected in the Dubai fit-out market, and who can independently manage projects and mobilise the required manpower, materials and subcontractors.
