Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and responding to inquiries.
- Tracking reservations and customer requests.
- Providing after-sales services and measuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure service quality.
2. Sales Representatives
Responsibilities:
- Attracting new customers and marketing the company’s services.
- Preparing proposals and following up with customers until contract completion.
- Achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients.
3. Marketing Representative
Responsibilities:
- Managing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Managing social media accounts and content creation.
- Contributing to increasing brand awareness and attracting potential customers.
General Conditions
- Preference for those with previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, especially in the events sector.

Work Hours and Benefits
