Project Manager with Fit-Out Company Experience
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all phases of fit-out projects, from initial planning and design to execution and handover.
– Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client requirements and specifications.
– Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
– Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
– Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
– Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
– Civil Engineer approved by DM
– 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out or interior construction.
– Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction methodologies.
– Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
– Proficient in project management software and tools.

Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED17,000.00 per month + Bonus
