Future Scaffolding and Aluminium Company is in need of a reliable Fabrication Project Manager to support our operations in Dubai Industrial City (DIC).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute fabrication projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Review fabrication drawings, material requirements, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Manage fabrication schedules and monitor progress to meet project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards in the workshop and on-site.
- Oversee manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and production efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals and project coordination.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation throughout project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 7–10 years of experience in fabrication project management within aluminium or façade industries.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and workshop operations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple fabrication projects successfully.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
- GCC/UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
