We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Design & Product Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC units, overseeing production activities, and supporting the commercialization and sales of the products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HVAC units in line with technical standards and market requirements.
- Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and product documentation.
- Select appropriate components and materials for product manufacturing.
- Supervise manufacturing, assembly, and quality control processes.
- Conduct product testing and implement performance improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing facilities to ensure successful product execution.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers.
- Contribute to product marketing strategies and business development activities.
- Analyze market needs and recommend product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in HVAC unit design and development (AHU, FCU, DX Units, or similar products).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent design software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Strong communication and technical sales skills.
- Fluent in English
