Role Overview
FSK & Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and ICT projects from concept through to handover. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary coordination, client relationships, and technical delivery across hospitality, healthcare, and development sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of ELV/ICT projects, from design coordination through construction and handover
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients (hotel groups, hospitals, developers) on ELV-related scope
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless system integration
- Review and approve ELV design documentation, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, fire alarm, PA/VA, and audiovisual systems
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE regulatory standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout project delivery
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and technical scopes for new ELV opportunities
Requirements
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE
- 4–8 years of experience in ELV/ICT project management is mandatory, ideally within a consultancy or contracting environment
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, PA/VA, AV
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulatory requirements (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, TDRA, etc.)
- Proven experience managing projects in hospitality, healthcare, or large-scale development sectors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and design review software
- PMP certification is a plus
