Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specs
- Prepare progress reports and client updates
- Manage risks, variations, and change orders
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience delivering projects in the UAE
- PMP certification is a plus
