Oversee contractual and commercial risk management, including maintenance of the portfolio-level contracts risk register.
-
Work closely with Project Controls and Commercial teams to align schedule, cost, risk and change information with contractual obligations.
-
Advise on extensions of time, acceleration, liquidated damages and other schedule-related contractual matters.
-
Oversee payment certification and ensure progress valuations and final settlements are properly supported.
-
Implement controls to prevent overpayment, unsupported claims and unauthorized commitments.

Participate in executive reviews, governance boards and steering committees.
-
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary contracts team and support capability development and continuous improvement.
