Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between the Client, Consultant, Contractors, and Authorities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Review and approve project schedules, reports, and technical submissions.
• Manage contractual matters including variations, claims, and correspondences.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead progress meetings and prepare official reports for senior management.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
