Job Purpose
To manage and support day-to-day HR operations in compliance with Saudi Labour Law and government regulations, while providing effective HR support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee administration across the organization.
- Handle employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, contracts, and offboarding.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding, and manpower requirements.
- Manage employment contracts and employee records through Qiwa.
- Handle government-related HR processes through GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Qiwa, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and support Saudization / Nitaqat compliance and maintain required employee records.
- Assist with monthly payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and employee salary queries.
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Support medical insurance administration and employee-related claims/queries.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations in line with company policies and Saudi Labour Law.
- Support probation confirmation, performance appraisals, and employee development processes.
- Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover, attendance, leave, recruitment, Saudization, and other HR KPIs.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of employee documents, contracts, Iqama, work permits, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi Labour Law and company requirements.
- Provide HR support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information.
- Perform other HR duties and projects assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR practices.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other Saudi government HR platforms.
- Good understanding of Saudization/Nitaqat requirements.
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills and experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information and multiple HR priorities.
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in automotive, dealership, trading, retail, logistics, or multi-branch organizations in KSA is highly preferred.
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 – ﷼8,000.00 per month
