As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our aluminium and glazing project operations from our Al Quoz base.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 12+ years in the aluminium and glazing industry to take full ownership of project delivery across our diverse portfolio. This is a leadership role that demands equal strength in site execution and client-facing management — from coordinating subcontractors and installation teams on the ground to managing relationships with consultants, main contractors, and end clients at a senior level. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering complex glazing and façade projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for aluminium and glazing works across residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale façade and curtain wall projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle — from award through to final handover.
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met without compromise on quality.
- Direct and coordinate site teams, installation crews, and subcontractors to maintain safe, efficient, and on-schedule execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Chair and attend project progress meetings, preparing and presenting accurate status reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs in coordination with the engineering team.
- Manage project variations, claims, and change orders in close coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure all works are executed in full compliance with UAE health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior project staff, site supervisors, and coordinators to build team capability.
- Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication, professional delivery, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of project management experience in the aluminum, glazing, façade, or curtain wall industry — UAE experience is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale façade categories.
- Deep technical knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain wall, structural glazing, minimal windows and doors, and related architectural products.
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different stages simultaneously.
- Experienced in dealing directly with clients, consultants, and main contractors at a senior level.
- Solid understanding of UAE construction contracts, project documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Project, and AutoCAD or similar; ability to read and interpret complex architectural and shop drawings.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English — Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
