Job Overview
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlet. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the outlet.
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules and daily assignments.
- Support the training and development of restaurant team members.
- Monitor service quality and address guest concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and special events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations.
- Maintain operational records, checklists, and departmental documentation.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience in hotel restaurant operations.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reporting and inventory control.
