Job Title:Project Manager – ERP Implementation
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced anddynamicProject Managerwith a strong background inERP system implementationto lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptionalproject managementskills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of ERP platforms and business processes. This role requires aresults-drivenleader capable of collaborating withcross-functional teamsand driving successful ERP deployments to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Applyproject managementmethodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilizeproject managementtools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello for effective project tracking.
ERP System Expertise:
Lead ERP implementation projects for platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, etc.
Oversee ERP module integration, including finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, and CRM.
Manage data migration, API integrations, system configuration, and customizations.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, andsystem architecturebest practices.
Stay updated on ERP upgrades, migrations, and emerging trends.
BusinessProcess Optimization:
Analyze business workflows and align ERP solutions to optimize processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements.
Ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve organizational goals.
Communication andLeadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear andeffective communication.
Lead and motivatecross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
Provide regular project updates tosenior managementand key stakeholders.
Technical and Analytical Proficiency:
Oversee technical aspects of ERP implementation, including data mapping, API integration, andsystem architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Leverageanalytical skillsto evaluate project metrics and recommend improvements.
Work with database management tools and reporting systems as needed.
Change Management:
Develop and executechange managementstrategies to ensure seamless adoption of ERP systems.
Train and support end-users to maximize system utilization.
Address and manage resistance to change within the organization.
Organizational and Time Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
Strong understanding ofERP systemssuch as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Net Suite.
Certifications such asPMP, PRINCE2, or Agileare highly preferred.
Proficiency inproject managementtools and methodologies.
