Role Overview
Responsible for on-site execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost control are achieved. The role requires strong site presence and hands-on management to drive progress within project constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full control of day-to-day site execution and ensure work progresses as per drawings and specifications
- Drive project timelines and ensure achievement of key milestones, especially basement and superstructure stages
- Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term construction schedules
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adequate manpower, productivity, and timely delivery
- Ensure no delays due to pending approvals, drawings, or site instructions
- Monitor project costs and execute works within approved budgets and cashflow constraints
- Ensure quality standards are maintained through proper QA/QC procedures and inspections
- Liaise with Dubai authorities, Nakheel, Trakhees, RTA for permits, inspections, and approvals
- Provide daily site updates and weekly progress reports with clear action plans

- Ability to push subcontractors and teams to meet deadlines
- Focus on execution speed, discipline, and accountability
- Work effectively within financial and operational constraints
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5–8 years UAE experience in high-rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and safety standards
