Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
– 8+ years of project management experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or marine construction.
– Experience in luxury yacht construction/refit projects.
– Strong knowledge of shipyard operations, Primavera P6/MS Project, budgeting, and cost control.
– UAE shipyard experience is an added advantage.
