Sales Account Manager – ELV & IT Solutions Distribution
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager with 2-5 years of experience in ELV and IT solutions distribution.
The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge covering products such as structured cabling, UPS systems, CCTV, intercom solutions, SMATV, turnstiles, firewalls, IT hardware, and telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business opportunities with system integrators, contractors, and corporate clients
· Manage and expand existing customer accounts to maximize sales growth
· Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
· Coordinate with sales coordinators to ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations to customers
· Ensure proper order processing and follow-up for smooth execution and timely deliveries
· Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating with vendors/manufacturers for technical discussions, solution alignment, and visiting project sites jointly when required to support client requirements and project execution
· Provide technical and product support aligned with client requirements
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
· Maintain and regularly update sales KPI sheets, tracking performance, pipeline status, and target achievements
· Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales experience in ELV / IT distribution industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of ELV & IT infrastructure solutions
- Target-oriented with strong business development capability
- UAE market experience will be an added advantage
Need a valid UAE driving license.
