The Project Manager is the primary individual responsible for planning, executing, and managing the ‘Zad’ project aimed at supporting orphans. This role includes overseeing daily activities, ensuring the achievement of specified objectives, managing teams and volunteers, and securing the necessary resources for project implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Organization:
- Preparation of a detailed implementation plan for the project based on strategic objectives.
- Breaking down the project into clear time phases that include essential tasks and activities.
- Establishing metrics to monitor progress and ensure adherence to the specified timeline.
- Allocating monthly costs and resources according to management directives.
2. Managing Daily Operations:
- Overseeing the execution of educational, psychological, and developmental activities for orphaned children.
- Coordinating with internal teams and volunteers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitoring daily performance for each team (educational, psychological, administrative).
3. Resource Management:
- Identifying project resource needs in terms of human, financial, and logistical support.
- Communicating with supporting entities and donors to secure necessary funding.
- Ensuring optimal resource utilization according to planned strategies.
4. Performance Measurement and Evaluation:
- Designing performance measurement tools to evaluate task achievement and goal fulfillment.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress.
- Providing recommendations for performance improvement based on evaluation results.
5. Communication and Public Relations:
- Building partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance project sustainability through collaboration.
- Coordinating with governmental entities and educational institutions to support project objectives.
- Representing the project in relevant meetings and activities.
6. Supporting Teams and Volunteers:
- Providing necessary training and guidance to teams and volunteers involved in collaboration with human resources.
- Resolving challenges and obstacles faced by the team during task execution.
- Fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
