Position: Mortgage Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on mortgage products and home financing solutions.
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage options.
- Generate and manage leads through referrals, partnerships, and company-generated inquiries.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage offers.
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from application to disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, banking policies, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Banking experience is mandatory.
- Core sales experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in mortgages, home loans, or financial products is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
