The ideal candidate will coordinate final inspections, documentation, and client engagements to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the entire project handover process to clients and stakeholders.
– Coordinate with construction, engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure all deliverables are complete and compliant.
– Prepare and review handover documentation including reports, certifications, manuals, and as-built drawings.
– Conduct final inspections, address punch-list items, and verify that all project requirements have been met.
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
– Ensure all regulatory, safety, and quality standards are adhered to during the handover phase.
– Develop and implement handover procedures and best practices to optimize the transition process.
