Project Engineer (Civil) Jobs in Dubai at Loft Contracting LLC
We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have 1–10 years of experience in the construction industry and be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise day-to-day project/site activities.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
* Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
* Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
* Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and site records.
* Coordinate material requirements and support procurement activities.
* Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
* Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the project site.
* Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
* Ensure work is executed according to approved method statements and procedures.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / relevant Engineering discipline.
* 1–10 years of relevant UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of construction procedures and site coordination.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
* Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
* Relevant UAE authority approval/certification will be an advantage.
