NDT Technician Jobs in Doha at TRAGS

The NDT Technician is responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections on welds, piping, pressure vessels, tanks, structural steel, and mechanical equipment to identify defects and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards. The role supports quality assurance and quality control activities by conducting inspections, preparing reports, and maintaining inspection records.

Qualification

ASNT NDT level II or PCN Level 2

Experience

Minimum 5 Years experience

Role & Responsibilities

· Review & understand the requirements of NDT (RT, UT, MT &PT) procedures & Specifications

· Responsible to execute the NDT Tests and to determine the Quality of Product

· Set up, calibrate & operated nondestructive testing equipment

· Checking Calibration Certificate & Validity of equipment or consumables,

· Maintaining NDT equipment’s, Consumables & Calibration Blocks.

· Organize & Preparing NDT reports by detailing the test details

· Interpretation & evaluation of NDT Test Results in accordance with applicable specifications or standards

· Assist Level III & QCE for qualifying procedure demonstration

· Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.

· Maintaining the Product Data Sheet, Product Catalogue & Material Safety data Sheet (MSDS) of Equipment’s, Chemicals or consumables.

· Post cleaning after NDT Works

Verifying the Job Permits & Job identification as per NDE Request

Pay: QAR10,000.00 – QAR12,000.00 per month
