Job Mission
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with Client requirements and objectives, within time and cost constraints, and in observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, such as project interface management, contractual document review, project planning, data analysis, reporting, subcontractor and supplier management, project record keeping, spare parts management, certification collection, and supplier payments.
Job Responsibilities
Manage reporting to the PM for specific project activities, including subcontract or vendor interface activities.
Assist in project activity planning, including the preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other procedures.
Assist in resource allocation and man-hours assessment to update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP).
Coordinate topics related to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Prepare and manage the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure.
Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan and Risk Register.
Supervise procurement and management of the Project Spare Parts.
Develop the Project Record Books (PRB) Procedure and oversee documentation collection.
