We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (licensed by the Saudi Council of Engineers as a Consultant or Professional Engineer)
Technical Expertise:
- Comprehensive experience with Saudi building codes, safety regulations, and standards.
Certifications:
- PMP certification
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead project partnerships, securing resources and capabilities to obtain projects.
- Manage projects comprehensively from the preparation phase to final delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation for project evaluation at a high level.
- Oversee project execution according to Saudi quality standards.
- Manage relationships with supervising consultants and relevant government entities.
- Control operational costs for materials and resources.
- Monitor implementation plans and ensure compliance with ministry codes.
- Manage contracts, requirements, and periodic deliverables at a high level.
Skills Required:
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and project management, with the ability to perform financial and technical analysis.
