Project Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at DIPG
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to join our company. The candidate with strong background in managing and executing Villas, Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise Building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of work milestones.
- Monitor project costs and assist in controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Support planning and scheduling activities to achieve timely project completion.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. (Prefer if have Equivalency Certificate or Engineering License).
- 6–10 years of experience in Villas, Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise Building projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- UAE experience is preferred.
