Coordinate internal project resources and collaborate with external parties and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Forecast required resources and materials to achieve project goals and manage them efficiently for optimal performance.
Track all project costs to ensure budget adherence.
Provide management with regular, accurate, and timely updates on project planning, operational activities, and any modifications.
Participate in the organization and management of contracts with suppliers.
Utilize the best available technologies and management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time.
Verify the availability of all necessary project resources.
Measure project performance and effectiveness using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage project risks to minimize potential threats.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Analyze the achievement of short- and long-term objectives.
Ensure all assigned tasks to engineers are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Assess project sites to ensure suitability for the intended nature of the project.
Develop and implement monitoring, operation, and maintenance plans for facilities to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and safety.
Monitor the operation and maintenance of facilities to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and safety.
Track the progress of maintenance projects and the implementation of safety procedures.
Follow up on facility maintenance operations according to plan.
Implement construction and maintenance projects according to approved plans and strategies.
Record and archive field visit reports and on-site data.
Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of the role.

Educational Level:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
10 years of relevant experience.
