The Role at a Glance
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition–led HR Generalist — someone who can aggressively source and close brokers fast, and set up the basic people infrastructure so we are not rebuilding on sand. This is not a pure HR-admin role and it is not a pure recruiter role; we need both, in one driven person, because speed and structure matter equally right now.

• Title: Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist
• Location: Dubai (on-site)
• Reports to: Managing Partner
• Experience: 1–3 years in Dubai real estate and/or recruitment-heavy environments
• Salary: AED 5,000+ per month, depending on experience
• Start: Immediate — this is our first and most urgent hire
What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, and close brokers and support staff at pace.
• Build and run a live talent pipeline using LinkedIn, referrals, and agency channels.
• Set up clean onboarding: offer letters, MOHRE/WPS, visa coordination, RERA card process, tools and CRM access.
• Establish a light-touch people framework: simple performance check-ins, basic HR policies, and records.
• Partner directly with the founders to rebuild the team to full strength and shape culture.
Who We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years in talent acquisition or HR, ideally within Dubai real estate or a fast-moving sales environment.
• Knows the Dubai broker talent pool, or can ramp on it quickly.
• Comfortable with UAE compliance: MOHRE, WPS, visas, and RERA onboarding requirements.
• A genuine closer — proactive sourcing, not just posting and waiting.
• Organised enough to build structure from scratch; warm enough to fit a people-first culture.
• Arabic is a plus but not essential.
