Job Title: Project Engineer

LITCO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate project activities with site teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Support procurement activities, including material tracking and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Attend project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Identify project risks and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support project closeout activities, including documentation and handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
- 2–5 years of project engineering or project coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and engineering practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing projects.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
