Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
– Oversee project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders while driving collaboration, effective communication, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
– Develop project strategies, manage project financial performance, mitigate risks, and optimize resources to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and UAE regulations, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
