Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and exceptional Marketing and Sales Specialist to enhance our team. You will be responsible for marketing and selling our accounting and ERP solutions, focusing on effective communication with clients to attract them, understand their technical and commercial needs, and convert them into active clients who contribute to the success and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies and attract new sales opportunities and clients for the company.
- Maintain continuous communication with potential clients via phone (Tele Sales) and digital platforms to introduce the company’s services and systems.
- Understand and analyze client requirements to determine the most suitable accounting system or software solution.
- Track potential clients and manage the sales cycle effectively until the contract is finalized.
- Prepare pricing proposals and follow up on them, in constant coordination with the sales and management team.
- Build and update a comprehensive database for potential clients (B2B) regularly.
- Engage with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and work on offering additional services to increase sales.
- Achieve the specified monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare detailed periodic reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and the status of potential clients.
- Contribute ideas to enhance marketing campaigns to increase the market share of the company’s products in the Saudi market.
Requirements and Conditions:
- Gender: Female.
- Required Experience: Two years or more in marketing, sales, or tele-sales.
- Previous experience in selling IT solutions or ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with B2B clients.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong and lasting professional relationships with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets on time.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
- Good understanding of the Saudi market requirements and local companies’ needs is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic, with a good level of English proficiency.
