Requirements:
- Ready to work in Saudi Arabia.
- 7–10 years of experience in the Bakery & Pastry field, including experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong experience in preparing a wide variety of breads, pastries, desserts, cakes, and other baked products.
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipe development.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new products and improve existing recipes.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ability to supervise, train, and support junior kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
