Project Cost Controller Jobs in Al-Wakrah at Samsung C&T
- Budgeting & Estimating: Develop detailed project control budgets, align cost breakdowns with schedule baselines, and prepare accurate cost-to-complete analyses.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor commitments, accruals, and actuals against the budget. Maintain up-to-date cost registers, cash-flow curves, and Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking.
- Change Control: Manage the change order process by assessing trends, quantifying the financial impact of deviations, and updating forecasts.
- Invoice & Contract Management: Validate subcontractor invoices, interim valuations, and payment applications against contracts and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Reporting: Prepare monthly cost reports, identify root causes of cost variances, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders
