Draftsman Architecture Construction Background Jobs in Dubai at Modular General Contracting
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for construction projects.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction details in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability.
- Review and revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing control procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
- Construction background is mandatory.
- Strong experience in preparing architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings for building construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, and coordination processes.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per hour
